Along the Wine Road we are excited to get back outside and in the vineyards. We love to get our boots dirty and fill our lungs with fresh air.

Here are some of the ways you can get in the vineyards or sit and relax outside with fantastic wines.

Cheers to spring in Sonoma County!

Balletto Vineyards

We have self guided vineyard tour done through the So. Co. Wine growers. But, if by appt. we can do so with a tour guide.

We also have a great covered patio and encourage folks to come out wine tasting and have a picnic.

Cast Wines

We offer a vineyard tour and tasting by appointment….description follows:

We’ll toast your arrival with our Blanc de Noirs to get the visit started off right. With glass in hand, we will lead you on a walk in our vineyard where you will be treated to one of the best views in Dry Creek Valley. We’ll discuss our farming practices and you will see how our grapes are nurtured and prepared for harvest. Our next stop will be the winery crush pad and an overview of the harvesting steps in the winemaking process – paired with another one of our wines. We will proceed to the fermentation tank area and into our barrel aging room. We’ll finish the tour with a seated tasting of our reserve wine accompanied by a cheese plate.   $40 per person

And always, with or without appointment we offer seated tastings on our hillside outdoor terrace overlooking Dry Creek Valley. $15-$25

We also offer a shaded picnic area, vineyard side, where one can bring a picnic lunch and enjoy a bottle of Cast Wine.

Francis Ford Coppola

We offer a self-guided vineyard tour that takes you throughout our property, highlighting points of interest and explaining the vineyards’ transformation throughout the seasons. The vineyards are surrounded by mature olive trees that are also a delight to marvel at!

We use our onsite garden as a resource for our restaurant Rustic and to promote biodiversity throughout our property. While the culinary garden itself not accessible to the public, our grounds are adorned with a plethora of varying landscapes that are visible in public areas.

Wines by the glass and fresh cheese plates are available to complement a perfectly relaxing escape on our East Terrace, which overlooks the vineyards and the gives a one-of-a-kind view of Alexander Valley.

We have four bocce courts that flank the west side of the property, highlighting the many gaming activities offered at the winery. Landscaped lawns surround the bocce courts creating a park, which also feature game tables for classic card and board games such as backgammon, chess, and checkers. Best of all, bocce and all board games are available to use free of charge all day long.

Enjoy a guided tour of the gardens on the grounds of the Korbel House, the original summer home of the Korbel family. The garden’s impressive collection of more than 150 varieties of roses and a wide range of perennials, shrubs, trees, and plants native to the redwood forest surrounding us is sure to impress both novice and expert gardeners alike!

Our complimentary garden tours are offered Tuesday through Sunday at 1:00pm and 3:00pm. The garden is closed every Monday unless it is a holiday, in which case it will be closed on that Tuesday.

Before or after your tour, grab a bite to eat and a bottle of your favorite sparkling varietal from the Korbel Delicatessen and dine on our outdoor patio! Shaded by a grove of redwood trees, the Deli is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the great outdoors.
